I spearheaded the brand and website refresh for Seattle Credit Union, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) focused on financial inclusivity. This involved an in-depth content strategy and copywriting effort to craft a comprehensive brand book and all-new website content. The focus was on making their purpose loud and clear: helping underserved communities thrive, from immigrants and local business owners to low-income families.
